Leading the NRDC ABP

April 17, 2018

Richard Northam is set to lead the development of the NRDC 2018-19 Annual Business Plan. This plan is due to be submitted to Department of Education and Training at the end of May 2018.

The ANDS, Nectar and RDS Board Chairs and Lead Agent representatives have released the following statement:

“We asked Richard to lead the early stages of the ABP development process to the point of options for an interim ED and Board to debate/decide. This to be done through facilitated working sessions, and explore/document options for evolution to the RAN (RDS, ANDS, Nectar) program – including possible phased termination of (some) existing activities, and possible new activities. Discussion to include the RAN leadership team, expanded with a small number of others, as appropriate. Output would then form the basis of an early draft Plan with high level options that would be elaborated / refined / adjusted / rejected by the interim ED and Board Chair and subsequently endorsed by the appropriate body”
